NOTE - NO OUTDOOR OR INDOOR MATCH LEVIES…except Under 18s who pay £2 per outdoor match (home and away).
Ø All Annual Outdoor Subs. to be paid by 30th September 2008 unless paying by Standing Order
Ø All Annual Indoor Subs. to be paid by 31st December 2008
Ø Standing Order - 8 monthly payments commencing 1st October 2008 ending on 1st May 2009 - Standing Order Form to be returned to Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer by 1st September 2008
Ø Annual subscriptions include training fees.
Ø Junior players who just attend training pay £2 per session. (If such players subsequently play matches the annual subscription becomes due less training fees paid to date) Those juniors who just attend training and whose parents would prefer to make a one off payment rather than £2 per session can pay £40 to cover training (indoor and outdoor) for the whole season.
Ø Payment of Match Travel Expenses:-
· 15p per mile per current Club mileage chart
· Cost of petrol per car to be divided by the number of people (including the driver) in the car and appropriate share of cost to be paid by each passenger to the driver eg car with driver and 3 passengers to Peffermill = £20 ¸ 4 = £5 per person.
· Under 18s pay £2 per outdoor match (home and away) which should be collected by a person designated as the team treasurer but do NOT otherwise contribute to the cost of petrol for away matches
It is extremely important that all Subscriptions are paid to the Club by the specified times. If anyone anticipates any difficulty paying the above amounts please speak to either Ali or Linsey- we will be pleased to discuss the possibility of making alternative payment arrangements.
